Mrs. Hicks is the absolute perfectionist she took a blank canvas, and she made it into a masterpiece. We moved into a new built home in Midlothian in August 2023 after living in apartment for almost two years. When we got ready to design our new home, we knew who to call Re Design By Design Decor LLC. She designed our luxury apartment two years earlier, and it turned out amazing.
