At Re-Design By Design Decor & Home Staging, we value your time and strive to provide excellent service. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our cancellation policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Late cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. In the event of a no-show, where no prior notice is given, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion, provided that clients communicate with us as soon as possible. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us directly via phone or email during business hours, ensuring confirmation of the change. Should Re-Design By Design Decor & Home Staging need to cancel an appointment due to unexpected circumstances, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for any deposits or payments made. We are committed to transparent and fair practices to protect the time and effort invested by both our clients and our team.
