Cancellation Policy:

• Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule all projects including home staging, décor, or event styling services.

• Refunds: Cancellations made within the notice period are eligible for a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Less than 7 days’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a 50% service fee, depending on the scope of work.

• No-Shows: If a client fails to communicate or is unavailable on the scheduled service date, the full service fee will be charged.

• Exceptions: Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be handled with grace and flexibility, honoring the spirit of comfort and care that defines our brand.

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given within the required timeframe.
