Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty, while late cancellations incur a fee of 50% of the service cost, and no-shows are charged in full. Exceptions may be granted for emergencies if timely communication is provided. Appointments can be adjusted by contacting us via phone or email during business hours to ensure confirmation. If Re-Design By Design Decor & Home Staging must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. This policy reflects our commitment to transparency, professionalism, and respect for both our clients’ time and our team’s efforts. We appreciate open communication and aim to accommodate unexpected situations while ensuring fairness for all parties involved.
